The experts at Cruise 1st have rounded up 10 of the best healthy experiences to try in 2015, both on the open seas and when the ship has docked.

Canyon Ranch SpaClub – Celebrity Cruises

Home to four different pool venues, including the spectacular Aqua Theatre, Allure of the Seas offers a fantastic variety of water related fitness options. The aptly named Sports Pool is dedicated exclusively to laps in the morning while the afternoon sees it full of passengers playing water badminton and polo. At a depth of almost 18 feet, the kidney shaped Aqua Theatre is the largest and deepest freshwater pool at sea, making it perfect for getting off those pool loungers and diving in at the deep end.
