It’s arrived in Southampton – the world’s largest cruise ship costing a cool ONE BILLION dollars.

Royal Caribbean had taken delivery of Harmony of the Seas at a traditional flag changing ceremony in Saint Nazaire, France.

And to show how vast it is, the whole crew of 2,100 lined up for the epic photograph  above. Harmony of the Seas which took three years to build will sail from Southampton, on a series of short getaways to Northern Europe before embarking on her maiden cruise on May 29, arriving in Barcelona on June 5.

She will then start carrying 5,479 guests on seven-night Mediterranean cruises from its Spanish home port. You could fly from the UK to Barcelona on June 10, enjoy two nights in a hotel and join the ship for a seven-night full-board cruise from £1,279 per person with cruise1st.co.uk

In November, the ship moves to Port Everglades in Florida’s Fort Lauderdale and offer seven- night eastern and western Caribbean sailings.
