Cheer on Chris Froome in Tour de France

Chris Froome

The world-famous Tour De France is celebrating its 100th anniversary and you could be in on the action – cheering on British hopefuls Chris Froome (above) and Mark Cavendish. Stay with Keycamp at Château des Ormes in Brittany (below), next to Stage 11 of the route – a crucial stage on July 10 which often decides the winner of the competition.

As well as the thrill of the race, there’s plenty of activities on the parc to keep kids and parents entertained. Sporting facilities include tennis, minigolf and volleyball and there are pools, waterslides and a spa. You can also hire bikes, visit the medieval town of Mont St Michel or take a boat trip to the nearby islands of Guernsey and Jersey.

Seven nights in a two-bedroom Villanova mobile home with decking (sleeping up to two adults and four children) at Château des Ormes parc from July 7 costs from £681 per party, including a saving of £367. Ferry crossings and fly-drive packages are available at a supplement.
