Escape the cold and snow and sail off to the sun. There’s some knock-down prices if you can go over the next few weeks. Thomson Cruises is offering a seven-night Red Sea Magic cruise from £504 per person, saving £860 a couple. You’ll sail on Thomson Celebration visiting Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt, Aqaba in Jordan, Port Sokhna (for Cairo), Egypt and Safaga (for Luxor and Hurghada) and the price includes full-board and return flights from Bournemouth, Birmingham, Bristol, Doncaster and Sheffield and Leeds Bradford on January 31.

If that’s too early for you, there’s a similar cruise on February 21 from £584 per person, saving £780 per couple. Flights also from Exeter on that date.

You can save £480 a couple on a seven-night Colourful Coasts cruise in the Western Mediterranean. Now costing £664 per person, you visit Palma in Majorca, Gibraltar, Casablanca in Morocco, Agadir in Morocco, Arrecife, Lanzarote and Santa Cruz, Tenerife. Price includes flights on February 22 from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford and Manchester.

And there’s a seven-night Canarian Flavours cruise on Thomson Majesty from £661 per person (saving £460 per couple). You’ll visit Santa Cruz in Tenerife, Las Palmas in Gran Canaria, Santa Cruz de la Palma, La Palma, Funchal in Madeira, Puerto del Rosario on Fuerteventura and San Sebastian, La Gomera. Includes flights on February 1 from East Midlands, Gatwick and Stansted.

Cruise Thomas Cook has launched a wave of new offers for this weekend, including a free case of wine, free on board spending money and balcony cabin fares from just £199 per person. Customers who book a 2013 cruise over the value of £2,500 will receive a free case (six bottles) of Laithwaites wine. The offer runs until Tuesday January 22. They also have an exclusive offer of £100 free on board spending money per cabin with Costa Cruises on all bookings seven nights or more departing this year or next.
