Thorpe Park is going all out for thrill seekers next month. The Surrey theme park’s SunScream returns on August 24 – ten days of extra activities in the park that covers two weekends.
Aside from the usual thrill rides, there will be a host of other adrenaline-fuelled stunts taking place, from double dutch skipping to freestyle basketball, frisbee action and BMX-ing.
There will also be silent discos, freestyle hip-hop and beatbox performances and workshops. Plus world famous sand artists, Sand in Your Eye will be creating a 15 tonne sand sculpture of one the park’s most iconic rides on Neptune’s Beach. The soak factor at Tidal Wave will be turned up with impromptu water fights throughout the day.
The event will take place from August 24 to September 1 and activities are included in the normal park entry.
Prices at the park are from adults £30.24, children £23.52, family £96.60 and groups of 4 or more who book 7 days in advance can visit from just £24.99pp.
