Johnny Depp checks out Pirates of the Caribbean revamped attraction

Here’s looking at you kid! Johnny Depp saw double when he visited Disneyland Paris for the launch of the movie Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar’s Revenge.

The actor checked out the theme park’s model of Jack Sparrow in one of the new scenes in the revamped Pirates of the Caribbean attraction opening on July 24.

It has had a massive makeover to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Disneyland Paris and it is be filled with new surprises – including Jack Sparrow. Johnny Depp’s movie character joins the adventure – in two scenes in the Adventureland attraction.

Pirates of the Caribbean has always taken centre stage in the history of Disney parks. Inaugurated in California in 1967, it has been part of Disneyland Paris since it opened in 1992. Guests also enjoy the attraction in Orlando, Tokyo and the recently-opened Shanghai Park.
