If you’re looking to improve your swing, what better way than to learn how to play golf with David Leadbetter.

The world’s most famous golf coach – who came to fame in the 1980s when he rebuilt the game of Nick Faldo who went on to win six majors – has launched a programme at the Terre Blanche resort in the South of France.

The programme from September 22-23 begins with a welcome breakfast with Leadbetter at the resort’s Albatros Golf Performance Centre, followed by a warm-up session on the driving range, filming of technique and Biomecaswing analysis.

Following lunch, Leadbetter and the tuition team will focus on the trainee’s swing at the training centre before working on their short game and putting. Leadbetter will follow this by giving the trainee a personal debriefing on improvements and goals, before gathering for a cocktail reception to discuss all things golf.

Following the clinic, Leadbetter and his team will send a progression report with a video of the clinic and personalised advice for further improvement.

Terre Blanche is 30 minutes from Cannes and 45 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport. Located on a 760-acre estate, it is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World and was voted best golf resort in Europe for 2013 by IAGTO – the golf tourism industry’s trade association.

Double rooms at the resort start from €304 per night in September.
