Low-cost airline Norwegian has launched a direct flight from Gatwick to Las Vegas from £179 one-way.
Two weekly flights will depart on a Monday and Thursday, perfect for a weekend break. All flights will be operated by the airline’s state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner with two cabins – Premium and economy.
Las Vegas is Norwegian’s third long-haul route to launch from Gatwick in 2016, alongside Oakland – San Francisco and Boston that took-off earlier this year.
Norwegian Chief Commercial Officer Thomas Amdahl, said: “We are pleased to launch the UK’s cheapest direct route to Las Vegas. Our great value fares offer more choice and flexibility for the British public wanting to travel to Nevada on any budget.”
Guy Stephenson, Chief Commercial Officer at Gatwick, said: “Las Vegas has long been a popular destination with Gatwick’s passengers. This, the newest long-haul service from Gatwick, will increase the choice of flights available to those travelling to one of the USA’s most exciting cities.”
Gatwick to Las Vegas:
Departs Gatwick: Monday and Thursday at 12:10
Arrives Las Vegas: Monday and Thursday at 16:00
Las Vegas to Gatwick:
Departs Las Vegas: Monday and Thursday at 18:00
Arrives Gatwick: Tuesday and Friday at 10:50
