Madonna has put one of her New York pads up for sale.
The superstar chanteuse has advertised her duplex NYC’s Central Park West for a mere snip at $23.5m. The apartment, which stretches over the 5th and 6th floors of the block and features five wood-burning fires and a 110ft frontage on to the park, as well as 6,000ft of living space. Interior decor is by his brother Christopher who stuffed it with works by the Picasso and Salvador Dali – but don’t expect those to be included in the price!
