Thistle Hotels are celebrating the summer of ’69 in a new campaign – with B&B for £69. A ‘Head of Happiness’ (above) has been appointed at select hotels donning a fluorescent Hawaiian shirt, a sunny smile and ready to tell guests about activities in the hotel and surrounding area.
If the weather doesn’t hold, there are plenty of rainy day options for the kids with DVDs and colouring books. The hotels are also stocked with the latest books for summer reading.
The ‘Summer of 69’ room offer is subject to availability at 31 hotels throughout the UK until September 1.
