Be quick – Irish Ferries’ flash sale

Irish Ferries has a flash sale with up to 25 per cent off bookings. But be quick, it runs until midnight on Monday, May 21.

The offer means 25% off virtually every crossing between the UK and Ireland between May 19 and December 18 this year.

It applies to any cruise ferry sailing between Holyhead and Dublin, and between Pembroke and Rosslare, and to travel on the new Dublin Swift fastcraft.

Travel dates include weekends, bank holidays and peak summer periods.

Dermot Merrigan, head of passenger sales, said: “Ireland’s a superb destination, with amazing beaches, magical scenery and a huge choice of accommodation. When I talk to people about Ireland, the answer is often ‘I must go, one day’, but they haven’t jumped yet. We hope this – which matches the biggest discount we’ve ever offered – will help them make up their minds!”

The 25% discount applies to motorist fares, caravans and motorhomes, as well as motorbikes. On-board accommodation, such as Club Class seats, is included in the deal.

With the offer, a family of two adults and two children under 16 travelling by car in peak season, with reservations in Club Class in both directions, can save up to £162.75.

The lead-in fare for a car and driver now starts at £59.20 one way, reduced from £79.
