Is it a boat? Is it a swimming pool? No… it’s a HotTug.
A riverside hotel on the Thames has announced a new unique attraction, which allows guests to lounge in a hot tub, while floating on the river.
The vessel is the brainchild of Dutch designer Frank de Bruijn and uses a wood-burning stove to keep the water at 38C, while a silent electric engine allows six soakers to float downstream.
The HotTug is available for hire for guests at the Runnymede-On-Thames hotel, priced from £90 an hour on weekdays, and £120 an hour at weekends,.
Overnight stays at the hotel are from £169 per room per night, based on two sharing a weekend stay on a B&B basis.
