Bet he wouldn’t like to take these two on, never mind how tough he is on the pitch. Tottenham Hotspur ace and Player of the Year Gareth Bale popped in to have a kick around with a couple of Transformers while visiting Universal Orlando Resort.
The 23-year-old Welsh international came face to face with Optimus Prime and Bumblebee as he prepared to battle on Transformers: The Ride – 3D, Universal Studios’ new attraction which is officially launched next week. Fortunately, Bale didn’t pick up an injury – he’s probably worth more than the ride with reports this week that any transfer from Spurs could cost a record £85 million!
