Jason would stay at beautiful Casa Solara, nestled in the Can Guasch Valley in the peaceful unspoilt north of the island surrounded by Orange, avocado and olive groves. He would have two daily yoga sessions, fine tune practice during the workshop time, learn how to meditate and about the philosophy of yoga.
The retreat isn’t just about hiding away.
