Abu Dhabi festival

Go to one of the Middle East’s largest events – the Abu Dhabi festival.

The cultural and arts extravaganza – which attracted 80,000 Brits in 2013 – is celebrating its 11th year and runs from March 2-31.

The 2014 festival boasts the most diverse line-up to date with artists such as American pianist Herbie Hancock, The European Union Youth Orchestra and the American Ballet Theatre performing during the 29-day programme.

Abu Dhabi is growing as a sunshine holiday destination offering fabulous top class, value-for-money hotels and superb service. There was an increase of 14 per cent in UK visitors last year and this figure is expected to rise in 2014 due to the festival and plans for future culture investment including the opening of the National Zayed Museum, the Louvre and the Guggenheim.
