This has got a touch of homes in the lavish Hamptons, New York’s celebrity holiday haunt. Luxury travel specialist SimonEscapes has opened a £7 million, five-bedroom beach house on Booby’s Bay in north Cornwall. Little Polgarron, with Trevose Head golf course to the rear and the beach in front, has a cinema room, bespoke kitchen, floor to ceiling windows opening to sea views and four-poster beds.
The house sleeps 10 and prices start from £6,615 per week (£661 per person) with short breaks from £4,050 for four nights midweek. Guests will also be able to use SimonEscapes concierge to organise activities from cycle hire to golf, Yoga and beauty treatments to private chef dining. There’s a wild food walk and cooking experience in partnership with The Seafood Restaurant, Padstow, and a cooking experience with Jack Stein and his team.
Little Polgarron is the fourth holiday home from SimonEscapes, following Borth Cottage in Abersoch, Elkstones in the Cotswolds, and Sa Llupia in Mallorca. A fifth property on the shores of Lake Windermere is due to open next Spring.
