See your holiday snaps in your local Thomson shop window.

The travel company has launched a Facebook campaign asking customers to post their favourite pics to make mosaic banners for display over Christmas and New Year.

They will replace Thomson’s own banners, each featuring 780 photos from its image library.

Marketing director Jeremy Ellis said: “Our photo banners are already making an impact and they’ll be even more of a talking point once local people are featured.”

“We’ve wanted to make our shop windows more localised for a long time and this engages our retail customers and Facebook fans.”
