Thomson sponsors Channel 4’s First Dates

Matchmaking show First Dates starts tonight on Channel 4 and it’s being sponsored by Thomson.

The holiday company has partnered up with the series to promote couples and adults only breaks to Thomson Sensimar hotels and resorts at over 14 beach-front locations across the globe from Mexico to Mauritius.

As well as the episodes launching tonight, there will be a new shorts series to be released on All 4 later this year. First Dates, which attracts around 2 million viewers each week, documents the experience of single people as they go on a blind date in the First Dates restaurant.

Thomson will get in on the act with their ads that are tagged: “Who knows where the first date will lead? Sensimar, couples hotels by Thomson sponsors First Dates.”
