If you’d like to win a Lake District holiday home – and have Duncan Bannatyne as a neighbour – you’ve got a month to get your entry into a prize draw.
The prize, worth more than £40,000, is a two bedroom static caravan at the five-star Fallbarrow Park in Bowness-on-Windermere where the Dragon’s Den star has a home of his own.
And this is no ordinary park: facilities include a bar, restaurant and modern delicatesse,n as well as the leisure facilities including gym, indoor heated swimming pool and sauna at nearby sister park, White Cross Bay in Windermere.
As an added incentive, the entire first year running costs including site fees, local rates, utility costs, and insurance will be paid by the park from March 1, 2014 to January 14, 2015. This means that the lucky winner only needs to worry about travelling to and from the park whenever they feel like a holiday or short break.
The park of Fallbarrow is one of nine parks across the Lake District operated by South Lakeland Parks – the largest holiday park provider in the North West.
