Good news for single parents who want to grab some holiday time for themselves. The True Blue Bay Resort (www.truebluebay.com) in Grenada has launched an all-inclusive single parent package offering discounted room rates and a programme of free activities tailored to both adults and children.
True Blue Bay is a family run boutique resort offering a choice of accommodation ranging from spacious rooms and suites to two bedroom villas. There are two children’s play areas and pools, including one with an artificial beach. Children will also be kept busy with a programme of activities such as jewellery making, hair braiding, table games, mermaid swimming as well as use of Hobie Cats and kayaks.
Adults can take part in complimentary yoga and cookery demonstrations, rum tasting or watersports. Activities available at an additional cost include scuba diving, spa treatments or kayaking tours. There’s also a shuttle service to the nearby Grand Anse beach.
Caribbean Classics offers seven nights at True Blue Bay from £1,189 per person. Price is based on one adult and two children under 12 sharing a room on an all-inclusive basis and includes return flights with BA from Gatwick on July 21 and resort transfers.
