Cut-price Med hol for teenagers

Mimosa Meditterranean Watersports PGL

The school holidays have only just begun but if you’ve already got bored teenagers on your hands this could be the answer. PGL’s Mediterranean watersports break for teens now costs from £454 per child, saving £245.

The nine-day adventure for 13 to 17-year-olds on France’s Languedoc coast, departs from Manchester, Birmingham, London and Dover. Well-trained staff are always on hand at the Mimosa campsite to supervise youngsters as they have fun in the sun without their parents. That includes sailing funboats, catamarans and picos, paddling sit-on kayaks, going snorkelling, body-boarding and windsurfing and being towed on banana boats.

Dry-land activities include abseiling, archery and climbing, while there’s also a day out to Cap d’Agde’s waterpark. The price includes overnight travel to and from France on executive coaches (with wc), six nights’ accommodation in four-bedded tents, all meals over six days, activities, use of equipment, instruction and evening fun.

The price of £454 is for departures from London or Dover (or for dropping off at the campsite for families already holidaying in France), with the Manchester pick-up at £504 (saving £245) and Birmingham at £493 (also saving £245).
