Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks in Devon has unveiled a new £2.5 million family entertainment centre for 2014. It is also offering early booing discounts of up to 30 per cent, free night deals and a selection of new caravan holiday homes.

The state-of-the-art centre – at the Twitchen House Holiday Village – will have attractions including a 10-pin bowling alley, cinema, craft centre, indoor soft play area and poolside terrace with a choice of dining options.

Early booking discounts – for reservations paid for in full by January  31 – include savings of up to 30% for next year, excluding peak season and school holidays. A four-night midweek break – booked online – in a caravan holiday home (sleeping four) in May now costs from £115 (saving £64) or a week from £220 (a reduction of £109). In school holiday periods, discounts of up to 15% apply.

Other offers include seven-nights-for-the-price-of-three throughout peak season on bronze and silver apartments, villas and bungalows, for Saturday arrivals. A family of four will pay from just £489 (saving £320) for a week in the school summer holidays.

Accommodation includes caravan holiday homes, lodges, apartments and villas, farmhouses and luxury apartments in Georgian manor houses.

More than 40 free activities include heated indoor and outdoor pools, multi-lane slide, flumes, splash pads – with water jets and interactive fountains – tennis, fishing, indoor play areas, mini golf and steam rooms and saunas. Children’s clubs – catering from tots to teens – and evening entertainment are also free-of-charge. Other activities (payable) include a state-of-the-art surfing simulator, high ropes course with climbing wall, 10-pin bowling and spa.
