Grammy Award winner Dionne Warwick is one of the superstars set to thrill music fans at the 2013 Tobago Jazz Experience. The American singer will be joined on the Caribbean island by new Brit sensation Lianne La Havas, soul star India Arie and Canadian R&B singer Melanie Fiona.
If you want to dance with Dionne under the Caribbean sun, the 178-room oceanfront Magdalena Grand Beach Resort is offering a package during the festival. On the 750-acre Tobago Plantation estate with a 2.5 mile beach, the resort features a choice of dining options, an 18-hole championship golf course, three pools, a tennis court, spa and the only five-star scuba dive centre on the island.
The festival runs from April 20-28 with Dionne appearing on the last day. Jazz workshops taught by seasoned performers were launched in 2012 and are back this year.
