The hotel was built in 1998, so although the rooms are a little dated now, by no means are they as old as some other reviewers seem to claim. Ours was fine – and we didn’t find the beds/pillows too hard at all. It was spotlessly clean, and was cleaned to the highest standards every day.
We found every member of staff to be exceptionally friendly and willing to help, and no one seemed to expect to be tipped.”
