It’s May half-term next week and time to entertain the kids again. Drayton Manor Park is running a Love Your Zoo Week from Saturday May 26 to Sunday June 3 and families can learn about more than 100 species from across the globe.

A baby Black-Headed Spider Monkey is the latest addition to the park’s 15-acre zoo, born to parents Snarfy and Lizzy. Her birth is being celebrated by the zoo’s primate keepers as this breed is classified as critically endangered on the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List of Threatened Species.
