Fleece Inn, Bretforton, Worcestershire: The Fleece Inn (above) is a 14th Century English pub, owned by the National Trust. Built in the time of Chaucer, the Fleece houses one of England’s oldest collections of Pewter. The Inn was originally a medieval farmhouse, with animals occupying one end of the building and the yeoman family living at the other. It became a village inn in 1848.
