Have you got the next David Beckham or a budding Wayne Rooney in your brood? If so, a Greek resort is offering a new football academy for this summer.
The soccer academy at the Sani Resort in Halkidiki will split children into age groups and see them receive two hours of training for six days during a week’s stay.
The camp – open to children between 5 and 14 – will be available to all budding footballers between the May 25 and September 1, 2013 and coaching sessions include dribbling, goal shoots and five a side matches.
At the end of each day, special medals will be awarded to children who have performed well during sessions. Children attending three or more sessions will also receive a Player Evaluation Card which they can show their parents each evening.
The resort comprises of four, five-star hotels: Sani Asterias Suites, Porto Sani Village & Spa, Sani Beach Club and Sani Beach Hotel & Spa. There are three exclusive Sani spa venues and a marina with restaurants, bars, designer boutiques and art galleries.
Two hour sessions at the academy are from €35 and those who book five sessions, get their sixth for free.
