Get ready for an early Christmas present… the Thomas Cook 2014 sale starts today and there are a host of pressies to be bagged, including savings of up to £300 off holidays booked before January 31.

Other offers include kids places from £1 on holidays booked before February 28, new SunConnect Resorts that bring a high-tech touch to the holiday experience and flights from 19 UK airports to 48 destinations.

The sale comes as the company releases its full range of 2014 holidays with 16 new brochures for  Thomas Cook, Thomas Cook Signature and Airtours. Highlights include:

New SunConnect Resorts

The new range of nine resorts across Turkey, Cyprus, Gran Canaria, Tunisia and Majorca offer value-based family holidays with a focus on making life simpler through the use of technology.  Features include free Wi-fi and the ability to browse and book daily activities through smartphones and tablets, supported by a ConnectScout – a web-savvy holiday rep who helps facilitate digital activities.  SunConnect Resorts also feature ConnectTeen lounges and a ConnectBar with docking stations that allow guests to recharge digital devices while enjoying a drink.

Seven nights’ all-inclusive at the 5* SunConnect Paloma Grida Village in Belek is from £1,769 for a family of four, including flights from Gatwick in October 2014. Price is a saving of £320 per booking.

New Sentido Hotels & Resorts

Launched in 2009, Sentido Hotels & Resorts are four- of five-star hotels with a beachfront location, superior service and spacious rooms. Eight new hotels have been added this year to make 35 across Turkey, Greece, Spain, Tunisia Egypt and Cyprus.

Seven nights’ all inclusive at the Sentido Lykia Resort & Spa in Olu Deniz is from £1,179 per person, including flights from Gatwick in May 2014. Price is a saving of £500 per booking.

New Sunwing Family Resorts

There are four new Sunwing Family Resorts in Crete, Rhodes, Cyprus and Tenerife. The resorts offer a contemporary holiday and include things such as free wifi, a teen lounge, pools for toddlers and lots of room choice.

Seven nights’ self-catering at the 4* Sunwing Sandy Bay in Ayia Napa, Cyprus is from £1,529 for a family of four, including flights from Gatwick in May 2014. Price includes ‘kid for £1’ offer.

New Sunprime hotel

Sunprime hotels are for adults, with a minimum guest age of 16 years.  Stylish hotels in central locations, they come with Wi-fi in public areas and a focus on peaceful pools and spa facilities.  Thomas Cook has added one new Sunprime hotel to this collection bringing the total to five found in the Canary Islands, Greece and Turkey.

Seven nights’ B&B at the 4* Sunprime Ananda Suites in Playa del Ingles, Gran Canaria is from £419 per person, including flights from Manchester in May, 2014. Price is a saving of £200 per booking.

New Smartline hotels

Only available from Airtours, Smartline hotels are a budget option said to be “about quality, colourful holidays for less”. All renovated or refurbished in the last three years, Smartline hotels offer free internet access, and ice cream and fresh fruit is served daily from the Smartline trolley. Holidaymakers can choose from 32 hotels with Airtours, with 26 newly introduced for 2014, including eight in Greece, six in Tunisia and Djerba and six in Turkey.
