We might still be clinging onto summer, but there are plenty of things piling up ready for the Christmas holidays. One of them is the announcement of the return of Winter Wonderland in London’s Hyde Park.
The show returns for six weeks from November 22 to January 5th and tickets have now gone on sale for key attractions such as ice skating, the Magical Ice Kingdom, the Giant Observation Wheel and Zippos Circus.
The Magical Ice Kingdom with its snow and ice sculptures will be double the size this year and visitors will be able to ride on the lake in an ice swan and spot frozen jumping fish before entering the ice castle, using the ice slide and popping into the ice bar for some refreshments.
The show will also feature the UK’s largest Ice Rink at 1,600m2. while Santa Land is also making a return and young children will be able to meet Father Christmas who’ll be on call with a sack of gifts.
Zippos Circus will perform two different shows: the daytime Zippos Christmas Circus and an evening show for older thrill seekers, Zippos Cirque Berserk.
There is no admission into Winter Wonderland but guests pay for tickets to the attractions.
