£200 off Cosmos’ summer sizzlers

Early booking discounts, free child deals and low deposits are the highlights of Cosmos’ biggest advertising campaign for five years launched tomorrow. The UK’s largest independent tour operator is offering early-birds £200 off holidays based on four people travelling as well as a low deposit of £49 per person for bookings made before March 31.

The offers are available across Cosmos’ Summer Holidays, Greece, All-Inclusive, Florida, Villas with Pools, Indian Ocean and Distant Dreams programmes.

Deals include: Seven nights self-catering at the three-diamond rated Borsalino Apartments in Zante (above) based on two adults sharing a studio departing from Gatwick on May 2 from £199 per person.

Seven nights self-catering at the Club Tokmak Apartments, Icmeler, Turkey, based on four adults sharing a one-bedroom apartment departing from Gatwick on May 2 from £255 per person.

Seven nights room-only at the Quality Inn Universal, Orlando, based on two adults and two children sharing a room departing Manchester on June 12 from £499 per person.

Child stay free deals are available on a range of hotels and apartments on different board bases across the Mediterranean, Florida and Caribbean. Interconnecting and family rooms are available for family bookings.

Cosmos now offers flights from 12 UK airports with the launch of a range of new flights from East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Bristol, Newcastle, Glasgow and Birmingham. Extra flights are available to Malta, Madeira, Greece and Turkey. New holidays for next year include Madeira as well as European city breaks in Rome, Venice, Verona, Palma, Dubrovnik and Barcelona.

Spokesman Phil Boggon said: “Our 2013 holiday range is our most comprehensive to date offering ultimate flexibility with our largest flying programme for holiday durations from one night upwards.”

Cosmos is also backing consumer marketing campaigns led by travel industry associations, the CAA and ABTA, to encourage consumers to book with travel companies which are ATOL bonded as well as having the protection offered by ABTA membership.
