Holiday cottages firm Blue Chip is offering half-price entry to the Big Sheep to guests who stay at one of their North Devon homes over easter.

The Big Sheep, famous for its hilarious sheep racing (above) will also see the biggest Easter Egg hunt in the South West with more than 30,000 eggs hidden on the site, while there will also be the chance to see newborn lambs and the duck trials – where border collies round up perplexed ducks.

Ewetopia, the attraction’s indoor play area, which has a selection of slides, ball ponds and soft-play climbing features, will be open for the school holiday, and there’s are always the Big Sheep brewery demonstrations for dads, which include real ale tasting sessions.

The offer is available to people booking a self catering holiday over Easter (March 28-April 15) and cottages start from £509 for a family of four staying a week at Adipit Cottage near Bideford from March 28, or from under £18 per person per night for a family of ten staying a week at The Decks on the outskirts of Bideford.
