Hong Kong’s culinary scene is buzzing with the latest Michelin Guide offering more than 60 stars to chefs in the city – but you don’t have to go all that far to sample some great eastern cuisine thanks to an event being held by the Hong Kong Tourism Board in London.

The event will be held on February 5 at Bo London, sister restaurant of two-Michelin star restaurant Bo Innovation in Hong Kong. The restaurant’s head chef and owner Alvin Leung (above) will be hosting a champagne reception, a fusion cooking demo and an eight course wine pairing menu.

Tickets are priced at £100 per person and can be booked by emailing: [email protected] and quoting HKTB.
