So it doesn’t look as if Katie Price will be going back to Sandals any time soon – even if her latest marriage doesn’t last. The model who wed 25-year-old part-time stripper Kieran Hayler has described the gorgeous Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort and Spa in the Bahamas as “more like a smelly old flip-flop” and their wedding tent “looked like it came out of B&Q”.
Today, Sandals spectacularly hit back by saying they are “disappointed Ms Price was not happy with her stay”. And: “As a gesture of goodwill we are willing to offer her a refund on condition she does not choose our resorts for any future weddings or stays.”
Katie, 34, complained that her wedding snaps showed a beach,“but if you looked the other way there were ugly skyscrapers” and that the Sandals butler had asked her if she was a porn star. Sandals deny the butler made any derogatory remarks.
